Delivery

We aim to deliver your order within 7 working days but please allow up to 21 days to cover any eventuality. Standard delivery charges for postage and packaging are:  

UK and Northern Ireland: £5.50

Rest of Europe: £7.95

Please note that deliveries are made during working hours and may require a signature. 

Cancellation and Returns 

We hope that you are very happy with our products but we understand that occasionally you will want to cancel your order and/or return some goods.

The items should be returned in perfect condition within 14 days. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.

We regret that we cannot offer a refund on the delivery cost of your order unless the items is faulty. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage as we cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transport.
